Day 274: Getting Out Into The System

office-partyIn my process of birthing myself as life from the physical I have had the tendency of isolating myself from the rest of the world. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my own company, and the process of writing, and applying self-forgiveness, and designing self-corrective statements have never been any hurdles to me. Hence, if given the choice of for example going to some type of festivity or being at home with myself – without exceptions I have opted for the latter. This has its pros and cons. The pro is that I have developed a deep and intimate relationship with myself, because I have spent so much time investigating myself. The con is that because I do not get out very often, I have not had the feedback/stimuli of the system in my daily living to measure where I am in my process and where I still need to put down more time and effort to change.

So, yesterday I was part of a festive occasion. Many people, alcohol, food, and all of those things we tend to associate with festivities was present. Now, the one thing I noticed about myself at this festivity was that I was not comfortable in speaking and interacting to others when it came to these ‘social’ and supposedly ‘fun’ and ‘witty’ conversations. I am not sure whether you, the reader, can relate, but what I am trying to describe is those interactions were the two participants are ‘supposed’ to be in a light, playful, and witty mode, and have some form bantering. On the television we can find this type of witty banter in for example talk shows.

However, I am not comfortable with these witty banters, and actually, I am not very comfortable with the entire scenario of ‘forced socialization’ that occurs at parties. I tend to become anxious, nervous, and held back in my expression – and as far as I can see – the reason for this is because I do not trust myself. Instead of me allowing myself to be me, I am trying to be someone/something that I believe is fitting to occasion of a ‘festivity’ – for example: A funny and enjoyable person.

It was very interesting to observe my reactions towards others at this party. And in particular this experience within me that I did not feel as if I was ‘funny enough’ or ‘social enough’ or ‘into the atmosphere’ enough. And when I spoke to people, a recurring thought within me was: ‘Wow, they must probably think that I am boring to be around’. This shows my current relationship with festivities and social interactions – I believe that I must be something – that I must play a part and that I am not enough by myself. Because if I would have been relaxed, and at ease with myself – ACCEPTING MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY – there would not have been any nervousness or anxiety. Instead I would have walked into the environment, clear on who I am and where I am standing, clear on the point that I define who I am.

What I see as a solution to this experience of me holding myself back, becoming stiff, and stale around others, is for me to practice self-acceptance – and self-acceptance in this instance would be for me to remain with breath and accept and allow my genuine natural expression to come through. Thus, not try to emulate anything more or less – not try to hide parts of myself, or reinforce others, not try to make a show – instead breathing – being relaxed in my body – and interacting naturally – and within this being at peace with the fact that others might not define/see me as funny or enjoyable to be with. But – why should I accept and allow that to bother me? If I am accepting myself, if I am fulfilling myself, if I am standing with myself, there nothing amiss regardless of how my environment responds.

The solution hence: SELF-ACCEPTANCE – SELF-LOVE – and LIVING these words through bringing myself back myself here when I am approaching a social situation – making sure that I stand stable within myself and that my starting point is here – with and as my human physical body – that I feel my breath – that I feel the tips of my toes – that I feel the tips of my fingers – that I make sure my back is straight and that I am not slouching – that I am physically HERE in the way I present my physical body – Living the statement that – THIS IS WHO I AM – I AM HERE.

Self-forgiveness

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to emulate an expression of being enjoyable, or fun to be with, when speaking with others, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to fit in, and be normal, and express myself as others would expect me to, when it comes to witty bantering, and being part of social circumstances

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to emulate an expression of me being normal and fitting in – and thus within this tighten myself – go into a experience of pressure and strictness/control within myself – where I try to read the situation and put forth a face that I hope others will accept – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand how I am not accepting and allowing myself to be stable within – and live self-acceptance – live self-love – and bring through that point into reality through not accepting and allowing myself to try to be as I think that others want me to be

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to be like I believe others want me to be – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being myself in fear that others are not going to accept me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being accepted by others – believing that if others do not accept me this will put my survival at risk in this world – and this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to associate my survival to others accepting me – instead of understanding that survival and me directing this point is not so much about acceptance from others – as it is about me standing disciplined and committed in relation to the points in my world that are the source of income for me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being accepted by others – believing that others acceptance of me is vital for my survival – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to compromise and suppress my genuine natural self-expression to be accepted by others

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel worthless, and filled with emotions of sadness, and disgust, when I believe that someone is not accepting me – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to value these emotions and believe that they are signifying something real – instead of seeing, realizing and understanding that emotions are merely energy – that I have built up through participating in a polarity of feeling/emotion – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not instead bring myself back to and as my human physical body – and push myself to have that be my starting point of self-creation

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to change myself around others to fit in – and within this I forgive myself that I have not accepted my natural genuine self-expression – and I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think that there is something wrong with the way I am naturally – and believe that I am not sufficiently expressive and warm with others

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to change myself around others in fear of being rejected – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define rejection within and as emotional experiences – instead of understanding that rejection is simply a physical pushing away – and does not mean that I am less than – or worthless – or that I require to judge myself in someway or another – hence I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hate myself and believe that I am not right the way I am naturally and in my genuine self-expression

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is appropriate and normal to change myself around others and to have several faces towards the world – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to justify my shape shifting personality through thinking that the way I am naturally will never be accepted – instead of seeing, realizing and understanding that it is not about being accepted – but about me accepting myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that it is not about being accepted by others – but that it is about me accepting and recognizing myself – me allowing my genuine and real expression to come through – me trusting myself and not accepting and allowing myself to loose balance and touch with myself when I visit festivities and when I am out in the system moving around

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to compare myself with others in system – and believe that I need/should be like them – and have the same personal relationships – the same type of social interaction – and be similar to others – and think that there is something wrong with me when I am not living/participating as others – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that there is not necessarily something wrong with me – that it could instead be – simply that I am not the same as others – that I do not work in the same way – that I do not function in the same way – and thus that my express and living is not the same as what others expression/living is

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to tense up when interacting with others in the form of witty bantering – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I am tensing up – because I do not know how to be – how to behave – what to express – what to show around another to ‘fit in’ – and this is the problem – that I am trying to ‘fit in’ – instead of me accepting and allowing myself to be natural and genuine – to be myself and not try to be something more than myself – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I do not have to be this social machine of perfection

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an expectation within me that I should be able to fit in with people – that I should be able to create a funny, comfortable social situation – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that it is not necessarily so all the time – that sometimes I might not have anything in common with another – and thus there is nothing to talk about really – and – that is completely okay – I do not have to force points – I do not have to force a social comfortableness – it is okay that things are at times systematic and not in anyway personal

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to force a social feeling of belonging to my work environment – and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want my work to become more than my work – to want my relationships with colleagues to be more than practical and systematic relationships – and believe that there is something bad with designing and planning my relationships to be systematic and practical – and within this I see, realize and understand that there is no such problem – that sometimes a relationship can only come to its fullest potential when the relationship is practical and systematic – and there is no personal shit involved – it is all about the context of that particular relationship – where in the context of work – the fullest potential of a relationship would be to as effectively as possible complete the work with the utmost quality possible

Self-commitment statements

When and as I see that I am going into a pressure and state of anxiety, and strictness within myself, when communicating or interacting with people in my world, I stop myself, I take a breath, and I bring myself back to my body here, and I see, realize and understand that I am in this moment trying to force myself into a particular expression/picture – and that I am not accepting and allowing myself to be genuine, natural and real – and to express myself comfortably within my body – and thus I commit myself to take a deep breath in – to relax my muscles – relax my body – to let go – and to accept and allow myself to respond naturally and genuinely I that moment – not trying to force or emulate – but simply sharing myself here

When and as I see myself go into a physical state of being tense, when communicating and speaking with another, or being in some social gathering, or festivity, I immediately stop myself, I take a breath and I bring myself back here – and I see, realize and understand that I am in this moment not accepting and allowing myself to naturally flow in my expression, but that I am trying to be something that I am not, I am trying to show myself as something that I am not, I am trying to be a person, and something or others, to be accepted – and thus I commit myself to relax my muscles – to place my attention and focus on my breath and breathe myself back into my physical body – and state within myself that – I accept myself – I love myself – I accept and allow myself to stand and move in this moment – being genuine and real

Banning Alcohol To Create A World Of Excellence

In this blog I will discuss alcohol – and how the current usage, and application of alcohol in this world leads to massive problems – and massive suffering. I will then discuss what are the solutions available in order to correct this problem – and lastly what will be the reward – both on an individual, and on a global level – when we correct the problems that have resulted from the usage of alcohol.

Problems

Social problems that originates from alcohol consumption – the source is Alcohol and its social consequences – the forgotten dimension, by Harald Klingemann, World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe 2001:

a) Rapes: “A large proportion of unwanted sexual advances are mediated by alcohol.”

b) Domestic violence: “Alcohol and domestic violence are linked to spouse/partner and family structures. The size of the problem is often underestimated. Legal and cultural limits bar access to the private or domestic sphere, even if the physical and psychological wellbeing of women is at stake, and victims are reluctant to report this covert violence. Alcohol plays a major role here.”

“The partners of alcohol abusers also pay a heavy price. They are at serious risk of violence, since marital violence is clearly more common with problem drinking.”

c) Child abuse: “Children are the most severely affected, since they can do little to protect themselves from the direct or indirect consequences of parental drinking. Some have already been severely and permanently scarred, even before they are exposed to parental behavior. At least one child in 3000 in western countries (Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States) is born with fetal alcohol syndrome, and there is a tenfold higher incidence of disorders related to direct exposure to alcohol during gestation. Parental drinking can thus seriously harm a child’s development, although its modes of action have only been partially elucidated. In particular, abuse, neglect, isolation and insecurity or inconsistent parental behavior and demands are much more common in the families of alcohol abusers than in others.”

d) Employment: “Although alcohol consumption does not contribute to any large proportion of the total production losses from work absenteeism, it is well established that alcohol dependent people and heavy drinkers have more sick-leave days than other employees and thus cost their employers considerable amounts”

“There is empirical evidence illustrating the damage which alcohol consumption inflicts on working relations and career opportunities. Numerous workplace problems, including sexual and other forms of harassment, are linked with use of alcohol and other drugs. There is empirical evidence illustrating the damage which alcohol consumption inflicts on working relations and career opportunities. Numerous workplace problems, including sexual and other forms of harassment, are linked with use of alcohol and other drugs.”

e) Violence, accidents, and suicides: “Many of those involved in accidents, self-inflicted injury or violence had been drinking – more often, it seems, as victims of violence (some 40–65% of whom had been drinking) than of various types of accident (some 20–30%).

Also, some 20–50% of people who commit suicide or attempted suicide were intoxicated at the time or known to be heavy drinkers. Particularly with regard to violence involving two or more parties, in 40–80% of cases the offender had been drinking.”

f) Public order: “It is clear, however, from a large body of research evidence that the threats which alcohol presents to public order and safety are actual, not merely socially or culturally perceived, constructed or defined.”

g) Crime: “Without question, alcohol plays a major role in crime, especially in crimes of violence. In international comparisons, the category of assaults and homicides is that with the highest level of alcohol involvement, ranging between 35% (Canada) and 85% (Sweden).”

Medical problems that originates from alcohol consumption – the source is Centers for disease control and prevention:

a) Pregnancy: “Miscarriage and stillbirth among pregnant women, and a combination of physical and mental birth defects among children that last throughout life.”

b) Poisoning: “Alcohol poisoning, a medical emergency that results from high blood alcohol levels that suppress the central nervous system and can cause loss of consciousness, low blood pressure and body temperature, coma, respiratory depression, or death”

c) Cancer: “Cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, colon, and breast.20 In general, the risk of cancer increases with increasing amounts of alcohol.”

d) Liver diseases: Including – Alcoholic hepatitis. And cirrhosis, which is among the 15 leading causes of all deaths in the United States. And among persons with Hepatitis C virus, worsening of liver function and interference with medications used to treat this condition. As well asother gastrointestinal problems, including pancreatitis and gastritis.

Solutions

What is obvious is that the consumption of alcohol entails many unpleasant side-effects that result in nothing but massive and unnecessary suffering. As such – the solution as to how to stop this unslaught, and attack on the human physical body – and on society as a whole – that the consumption of alcohol constitutes – is to in-fact BAN alcohol and make it illegal.

Though – what must be realized is that it won’t help to only make alcohol illegal – because making something illegal is only to put a band-aid on a open wound; it will stop the bleeding for a while but not make the wound heal. As such – in order to completely remove alcohol from the experience and life of humanity the origin point that lies as the foundation of alcohol consumption must be recognized and corrected – and the origin point is – the inability of man to consider, care, and love himself enough to not use substances of self-abuse in order to create a particular experience of high – as such the consumption of alcohol is in-fact the result of a physchological illness which has been developed through generations – as thinking that it’s apparentely okay to place yourself in a delinquent and harmful state of being – as being drunk – because it’s fun – not at all considering the outflows, and consequences of such a decisions – which as has been shown above is massive problems and suffering.

Thus – humanity must re-educated as to the effects of alcohol – and learn to take responsibility as to what substances that are allowed within and as the human physical body – and within the Equal Money Capitalism System – this re-education will be facilitated and supported – as there will be enough money to train effective teachers and to give each human being the necessary time, and support to re-learn – and to bring relevant information, and support to those prone to being addicted to alcohol – to as such stop any negative consequences from manifesting due to the consumption of alcohol.

Some might here say that this is not possible – due to the economic role that alcohol plays in the world – giving employment to many people – being the bread and butter for restaurants, pubs, and various other businesses. Yet – here must be considered that within the Equal Money Capitalism System – there will be employment for everyone – and employment will not anymore be supressed by the lack of money – because there will be sufficient with money to support LIFE – as what is best for all – thus there will be employment for everyone – and opportunity to earn money – and at the same time support LIFE – instead of abusing life through selling, and premoting substances of abuse – such as alcohol.

Rewards

Individual perspective

Within removing alcohol from the life experience of the human being – something will emerge as a realization within the human – that “shit! I can’t have fun without alcohol!” and also that – “shit, I have created such a BIG part of my life around this single point of drinking this one substance – look at what I’ve missed in life!”

Thus – within removing alcohol human beings will in-fact learn to party, and enjoy themselves – without the cruch of a abusive substance – as such real, and actual enjoyment will emerge – going to parties might now be about enjoying a full night of dancing – or a entire night of listening to a new artist – wherein the expression of each being won’t be clouded by the veil of alcohol – and as such each one can fully appreciate the dancing – the movement of the human physical body to the sounds of music – or simply enjoying a real conversation with someone wherein both beings remain authentic within their expression – because none of them are supressed, and drunk in the buzz of alcohol.

Global perspective

We will also have the rewards of MANY problems disappearing completely from society: there will be – less sickness – more longetivety and health – and more funcational family relationships will emerge as a direct consequence of the end of consumption of alcohol. No more will there be a risk to die on the roads due to drunken drivers – and our doctors, and policemen will be able to give their attention to assist and support preventing, and stopping other problems existing within society – because now their time won’t be eaten up by drunk people either harming themselves, or others in various ways.

As a whole – we will have a more intelligent, healthy, and effective world emerging – because now time is spent upon living – moving – and expressing self – instead of being drunk – which is a most unproductive and in-fact destructive way of utilizing and spending the time you have on this earth.

How I Got to Desteni

1.  How you got to desteni

A year after I finished high-school I came to the conclusion, with conviction, that life as lived in society in-fact was nothing more but bullshit. Everything circled around money, alcohol and sex — my escape at that moment in time was the drug marijauna, which I consumed to a great extent. So, I couldn’t anymore bear living in ‘normal’ society, going around in cirlcles of partying, working, and looking at movies — something had to happen in my life — I had to challenge myself somehow.

At that moment in time I also entered a depression, something that can be refered to as ‘the great depression’ as it was extensive. It went as far as me actually drinking wine on evenings only to be able to escape the disgust, and turmoil I faced within me — there was simply no enjoyment left in life and that is what I wanted to run away from.

So, as I said — I decided to challenge myself. I decided to do something I was afraid of doing, go away all by myself to some different and excotic land, hoping to find a paradise with no money, lot’s of beautiful women and marijauna — lol. I picked up my guitar, left my friends, leaving to live out my imaginary dream of a paradise far away.

I was utterly disappointed at paradise when I arrived, which happened to be Thailand, the reason being that everything here did also only circle around money, sex and alcohol, and it was to much for me — so I decided to volonteer on a small kindergarten school and teach english. This was quite fun, and it was here that I sat down by a computer, and I typed in ‘Lao Tzu’, as I had been researching his work — I found a girl that said she was ‘Lao Tzu’ speaking through a portal, I became amazed, and since then I have been ‘stuck’ with desteni.

2. Why I stand with and for Equal-Money and World-Equality

Because I’ve seen the suffering in this world first hand, I’ve seen a mother in India raising her children in the gutter, I’ve seen families in South Africa living in small mud huts, I’ve seen my parents running around in fear and anxiety, possessed with survival attempting to scramble enough money for rent and food; and this is simply not acceptable. I will not be apart of a life that is a struggle. I want to live life being able to do what I love to do, without worrying about where my next meal is going to come from, and everyone, no matter what, should have the right to a house over their head, and the basic support needed to live.

I stand with and for Equal-Money and World-Equality because I will not accept and allow children to be abused, to become but cogs in the machinery, robbed of all their joy and desire to explore themselves, and this world. Earth is to be a playground for everyone! Not a playground for a few, believing they to be gods, having the right to abuse – no I will not have it that way. All people should be able to wake up each morning, excited and happy, because they know, that they will be able to live and enjoy themselves today – this is what I want for myself, and for everyone else.

3. What you understand to be “Heaven on Earth” is and

Heaven on earth is the place where you wake up, and you are satisfied, at ease, happy, excited, because there is support and assistance, there is meaning and value – you are living in a world that stands by the principle of what is best for all. Thus – you will not wake up to go to a job where only to make money, no, you go to your work in order to explore and expand yourself, investigate self-expression, or develop solutions that will support life, you do something that you enjoy to do!

In heaven you are supported, there is no manipulation, there is no unsafe places, human-beings take care of each-other, and the principle of do unto another as you would like to be done unto you has become living flesh. Animals and plants are integrated together with the human race, we live as one, wherein there is no more abuse taking place, and humans do not anymore see themselves as separate from earth.

It’s in-fact a place where you can trust everyone, nobody is anymore allow to be an abuser, you can’t be raped, you can’t be murdered, and the striving and struggle for money has ended. Now – in heaven – it’s time for you to discover what is actually possible to be done – what is actually life? That is heaven on earth.
